The Lifted: Caffeine-induced
rock music straight out of the
House of Mud. FYP Sean is in this
one along with Raul the Indian
and Tony the Red and they're all
full of angst. Bring coffee.
The Leeches: Trio of black-trash-
bag-clad idiots playing organ,
bass, and stand-up drum kit
instrumentals. More likely to play
on a porch or in a laundromat or
even a local Xmas parade than at
a rock club. Instrumental version
of The Cars' song "Just What I
Needed" is nice. At last word,
these guys had just gotten hired
to play at a Mexican wedding
sometime soon.

at the Boards & More ramp, Brian Patch basked in his
glory with a champion to fakie.
Allyson Castro leaps into the Ivy League at San Pedro's
local institute of higher learning, The Harbor College-one
of the few universities that also doubles as a swap meet.

Longtime harbor local "Little" keeps it real on the arm-
breakingly sketchy Boards & More ramp.
Daniel Haney is about to bend his knees, make a sigh of
relief, then go watch himself on a tiny little screen. Long
