DOME
Story and Photos by Sean Cronan
Cruising down Interstate 85 in Georgia, I came upon a sprawling metropolis located in the
northern section of the state. A sign greeted me: "Welcome to Atlanta, Georgia, Home of the
1996 Olympic Games." Well, since it was the second month of
1997, figured I had missed the games. But having never been to
Atlanta before, I decided to check out the city.
The first thing I did was look up Stratosphere.
Skateshop and its owner, Thomas Taylor. Having
never met Thomas before, I wasn't sure what to
expect. What a nice surprise it was to meet such a
laid-back and easy-going guy. In a world of "go,
go, go," worry, fret, bother, Thomas was a
refreshing change for these weary bones.
