            Skarfing
Material
with Chef Boy-Am-l-Hungry
Hey gourmaniacs-Chef Boy here. I'm
pre-empting the usual monthly fictional
biscuit to bring you this special feature. Try-
ing to find skate fulfillment in this chaotic.
high-tech, rule-laden world is becoming in-
creasingly difficult as we approach the close
of the century. The last thing a die-hard.
wheelhead wants to think about before a full
day of flailing is what to cook. You need the
fuel if you want to rule, however, so here's
a daily meal plan. It will free your mind from
the time-consuming task of food selection
and allow you to focus on the most impor-
tant thing in your life-skating. I've provided
the staples, you just worry about staying on
that maple....

into a tortilla shape. Slap down the dog, driz-
zle on some enchilada sauce, then seal that
puppy up. Brown it in some melted butter in
a skillet and mow heavily. Other variations
include the gutsy Linkmale (with a Louisiana
hot-link and hot barbecue sauce), the ever-1
popular Pope-in-the-corn (with Polish
kielbasa), and the esoteric New Age Tahini-
weeny (tofu dog with tahini in an oat bran
tort). Recipe submitted by Max Fox of
Berkeley, CA.
