eople constantly ask me if I have ever
gone to art school, or if I've ever thought
about going to art school, and all I can say
is no. I don't believe in it. The reason is that
I once had an art teacher in high school who
constantly criticized my work. It just seemed
like nothing I did in her art class was ever
good enough, so I dropped out of her class
and never took another art class again. I never
understood how Joe Blow the art teacher
could judge why one person's art can get an
A+ and someone else's can get an F. Who are
they to say whether one art piece is better
than another? As long as I'm happy with what
I have created, that's all that matters. I'd like
to thank my mom and dad for all their help,
Kris Markovich and his family for all their
support-without their help I wouldn't be.
