Which living person do you
admire the most?
Bill Clinton. He's putting up with
a lot of shit lately. He's a very
admirable person, you could say.
It seems like he gets a lot of
action. For those guys who really
want action, you could look up to
a guy
like that.
When I say the word "hate,"
what comes to mind?
Probably racism.
What is your motto? Do you
have any?
No. I have no mottoes. Nothing
comes to mind. Sorry to say, it's
not "skate or die."
Sequence: "Go ahead,
tailslide all you want, but
someone's gonna have
to clean that thing off
now, vandal." Ridiculously
big backside tailslide on
the Bay Blocks.

What's your favorite thing
about going on tour?
I've only been on one tour, and it
was just nice because you get
placed in a van with people you
don't know. You get to know them,
and then you get to see different
spots you've never seen before,
along with those people. It's just a
huge learning experience. And
that's enjoyable, especially when it's
at your expense.

Who do you skate for?
I ride for Venture trucks, Pig
wheels, FTC skate shop, NC
Clothing and Shorty's hardware. I
appreciate all the help they've
given me.
What keeps you motivated to
keep skating and producing?
It's partially because I know I'm in
this position where I have to keep
doing that if I plan on getting paid
and having free skateboards sent to
my house all the time. But the
majority is that skateboarding is fun
and it's a large part of my life. I've
spent ten years skating, so I'm used
to it. Every day I go out and try to
learn something new and it's excit-
ing when you learn something new.
I just skate because it's fun.
Who else would you want to
thank in skateboarding who
helped you out?
There are so many people. Kent
at FTC, George Nagai, Greg
Carroll, Satva Leung, Josh Beagle,
and Brad Staba. Outside of skate-
boarding.
everyone who's helped
me along the way, whether it was
because they let me stay at their
house, or their families had a place
for me. Tons of people. They know
who they are. Just remember I'm
looking out for you. I got your
back, so you best have your front.
