NA CITY WHERE THE SHADE IS
white and the young are carbon
copies of fucked up Generation X
commercial victimization, there is
hope. This hope is the loose family
of skateboarders who live on
Warner Avenue. From rebels to
daredevils, they're all here in a two-
block radius in the epitome of American
culture known as Huntington Beach,
California. All the faces you see on
these pages bring color to a place that
is otherwise a black and white main-
stream nightmare. There are stories
upon stories of high jinks on Warner
which one day will be memories of
lives lived to the fullest with reckless
abandon. It is a new breed on Warner, a
breath of fresh air to skateboarding.
These kids are the future.

Birdhouse barrio days just from yellin', drinkin',
and screamin' at girls.

skate on Warner Ave without a car?
Murdy Park, Ocean View, the hydrant, the
curbs at Ralph's, the dumpster, the three-stair,
the video store bump-Warner's got everything.
