Clockwise from right: Josh Falk had time to
boardslide a bike rack before the cops
showed up on a cold winter night mission.
Andy Bohna fs 50-50's with a passing Max and
the twin towers behind him. Dead pigeons
carry disease. Northwest puddle reflection.

But then one morning I'm lying in bed half awake, and
I notice an unusual amount of light coming through my
eyelids, and the birds are chirping, and I open my eyes
to a brightness-I haven't seen in what seems like
years. It feels good to soak up some of that stuff
while I drink coffee and read a book.

wait. Damn, it feels good to roll down the street. I
can't contain myself. I scream, I let out a giant
laugh, I do some crazy turns, I think of Jason
Jessee, I let out another big laugh, I feel like I could
skate to Mexico, but Burnside will do just nicely.
