them 54 years or whatever, I knew I was no career crimi-
nal and ain't down for living in the state pen. So, I chose
life over drugs, jails and death.
I got released on July 19th and got a new board; I was
if everything isn't going that great. I have to realize it ain't that
bad. Being free and clean on a bad day is way better than
being strung-out on a good day. I am just trying to keep a pos-
itive attitude, living one day at a time-clean.
I got tired of doing heroin straight, so I
started mixing it with cocaine for the fat rush.

1 got a part-time job, a skateboard and a place to stay. It
doesn't sound like much, but it is everything. I feel like a
little kid again-free, alive and riding my skateboard. Even
lucky as me and I know this. I am blessed to come out of
this with love from my family and friends, not to mention my
health and life. So, if you feel yourself slipping into the dark-
ness, quit while you're ahead. **
