American people are conditioned to believe that
the word fat represents things that are disgust-
ing, unhealthy and all together unacceptable.
But for the skateboarder out there, fat is a word
that describes a way of life. The larger the loft
means the longer time in the air, where all stands
still and nothing matters but the touchdown on
the other side. From big gaps to thick stairs, and
from stand-up grinds to tucked up frontside airs,
getting fat is where it's at.
Wouldn't it be fun to be

just cruise around town
and fifty-fifty anything
that you felt like? Yeah
it would. Downtown 50
gets it from the man.
