            How many people do you know that would do a Texas plant barefooted
at seven in the morning? There is only one (left), Mark Hubbard. John
Cardiel (bottom) paid the price for rolling the dice on this launch from the
vert platform onto the small flat bank. After winning in Germany, the
new world champ Digo (sequence) launched big heelflip Indy grabs in
Switzerland. Mister Marc Johnson (opposite right) catches kickflips all the
