MY HOUSE
I just received the
September edition
of Thrasher, and I
am now spewing.
with excitement.
This is because the
picture in the cen
terfold contains my
old house! I used to
live there! Those
were the very steps
on which I used to
sit, but no skaters.
besides my cousin,
were doing tricks off
of them then. I also
recently saw my old house in the
new Stereo video. If I had known the
skating value of that driveway and
steps, I would have never moved.
The middle of the street is rad too
because it has cement islands. I
could have risen to supreme skater
bettyness by inviting skaters up after
their jaunt on my steps. Now I live in
the inner part of the Richmond dis
trict and the street is boring, and no
skaters ever bless my steps. Shit.

GAY BLADES
We are two in-line skaters from
the SF area. We ride the same ter
rain as skaters, except we have to
look out for skaters because they try
to kick our asses for no reason at
all. When it's evenly matched we
fight and we've won, but usually.
there's more of them than us and we
just take off. I have friends that want
to skate with us at the same place,
but it's just selective assholes that
don't like us. Maybe they're afraid
we can land some tough tricks and
we might get exposure. If you know
why they hate us, let us know.

STARE OIDS
I'm writing in response to
"Teen Queen" in the August
1994 issue. I don't think the
guy who wrote the "Jocks
Suck" article really gave a
shit one way or the other
about little kids in soccer
uniforms. I have a little
brother who plays soccer
and doesn't care if I skate
or not. It's just that after
jocks reach a certain age, they
begin to reach a climax, and
after that, 99% of them
become more self-centered
pussies than they already
are. So to the person who
wrote "Teen Queen,"
probably to defend her.
boyfriend: Shut-up bitch.

Jocks are big
kooks that go
around acting
like tough guys,
pushing people
around, slappin'
each other on
the ass, and run-
ning around in
tight pants tack-
ling each other.
Hey Sharon, do
you know jocks
run around bare
in big, hot and
steamy showers
together? Jocks
do suck! So shut the fuck up. People
like you are one of the main reasons
skaters have a bad name. You wear
your Stüssy and Yaga bullshit and
think you're a skater chick. Then you
hear something that's not what you
thought was cool, or your little bull-
shit feelings get hurt, then you talk
shit to mommy and daddy about
how crude and bad we are, then go
back to being a little prep.
Good point. T-ed

I think all you pussies should stop
suckin' on Cokes & Pepsis and start
suckin' blood. I am a vampire.

PISSED LIST
In response to the "Shortage Of
Shortage" article in the July '94
issue, here's just a few reasons why
shorts are better than pants:
1. You're about to hit the sack with
quelon and your belt is jammed:
with shorts, you can simply pull up
one pantleg, but if you're wearing
pants, you'll just have to jerk it later.
2. The cops come to take away
your board: If you've got pants on,
you'll be buying a new set up. But, if
you're wearing shorts, you can slide
it up one of the pantlegs.
