SKATEPARKS FOUND ON MARS

NASA scientists have released photo-1
graphs of Mars taken by the Hubble
Space Telescope that establish the exis
tence of early skateboard parks on the
red planet, shocking proof that earth-
lings are not the only form of intelligent
life to have colonized our solar system.
The recent findings have stunned
skaters and stargazers alike. Mission
control manager Bob McNamara says,
"I've been working here for twenty-five
years and I've never seen anything like
it, I'll blow a fuse if there are little green
shredders up there."
The reaction from the skate commu-
nity was swift and predictable. Kevin
Thatcher of Thrasher Magazine said of
the discovery, "I always knew that there
were skaters on Mars."
An expedition with the space shuttle
Endeavor is in the works, involving top
skaters and scientists. Whatever else
they find up there, history will remem.
