May is always one of my favorite months and I am so excited I can hardly contain myself.
I have been blessed with some killer new products. Powell-Peralta issued me the new
Guerrero and Underhill models and Sims finally flowed the new '90 line up. If you could
see me now, my fingers are shaking and my brow is dripping with sweat just thinking
about all the skating I'm gonna do with this stuff.

on target. Tommy's
numbers are 314"

The only thing that
bugged me is that
the front truck
holes were right in
the bend of the
nose, which in-

Sims is one of the
oldest, most respected
their new line-up is
names in skating, and
worthy of the name. The
new Eric Nash is hella
bad. Long and thin with
a mongo nose, it is a ured up commendably
must for the serious in both areas. The
vertical terrorist. When numbers: 324" long,
I shop for a deck I look 10%4" wide, with 5" of
for two things. I check nose, 64" of tail and
the top from nose to tail the standard 15½"
for any unevenness in wheelbase. All in all,
the concave, and I make
sure the holes are
drilled in the right
places. The Nash meas- UNDERHILL

Also received from P
and P is the newest pro
model, the Ray Under-
hill. This top features a
blunt nose and slight tri-
tail which makes it func-
tional yet durable for for
the skater of today. The
deck measures 314"
long, 10" wide, with
434" of nose and a
62" tail. The concave
isn't the deepest-like
most of the stuff they
make, it's a conser-
vative product from a
conservative company.
