Jeff Kendall

From his youthful heyday of Big Wheel and bike
racing to his current standings in the upper strata
of professional skateboarders, Jeff Kendall has
always been a man on the move. Stumbling blocks
like lack of terrain and the dog days of the early 80s
have never slowed Jeff's progress toward skate
greatness. Admirably, the impetus for his forward
momentum has always been the pure, powerful
desire to skate no matter what. Fame and money
are of little or no concern to this Indiana-born,
California-based blaster. I caught up with Jeff in
Münster, Germany, after the Titus Cup (he took third.
place honors in vert and a respectable seventh in
street), and this is what he had to say. ►
