From out of the woodwork, from under
rocks and from under our noses come
many new and old faces: The new hot-
shot. The longtime local legendary ripper
who's been pummeling pool coping since
five years before the concave. RAW MEAT
is today, tomorrow, yesterday. The Lone
Wolf who ollied two flights of stairs and
into the busy streets causing traffic to
screech to a halt. It's the guy you'll never
know. The future is now and these guys
are ready when you are. Witness the rest
of forever in full blazing glory.
FRANKIE HILL
Walk down any Santa Barbara sidewalk and you're
likely to see Frankie blazing by, busting the latest street
tricks. Perhaps he's on his way to skate with Brandon
Chapman or Jake Bradley. Then again, he might be look-
ing for the Gonz, Lance or Christian. Or maybe he's on
his way buy an S.L.F. or a Jane's Addiction record and
then eat dinner at an expensive Mexican restaurant before
playing some hardcourt volleyball. In any case, you can
tell by that fun-loving, no-worries look on his face that
he's "thinking something going nowhere fast."
