The Hospital

The following is an attempt at ex-
plaining the sequence. It may or may
not help.
1-2. Do this trick from a frontside roll
out, try it on the street, astroturf or
carpet.
3-4. Step off your board with the front
foot and simultaneously snap the tail
with your back foot causing your
board to flip lengthwise
5. Catch the nose with your toe, the
same one that used to be on your tail
You could oven pick-up your board
and place it on your toe
6. Step on your back truck (with your
lead foot) and lean forward, pulling
the nose up with the other foot. Com-
press your back leg by bending your
knees
7. This is the hell part: In the same
motion, pull the nose up and kick it
out in front of you.
8. Jump off the back truck and
wait
9. wait, compressed, of course,
for the board to flip right side up
Now it gets easy again. Decom
press and put your feet on the grip
tape side of the board.
10. Land you and your board onto the
transition, ground, grass, din, carpet
