Megaforce, at every show. Mercyful
Fate, the Danish black metal band
with King Diamond's unique vocal
stylings, bring their madness to the
states with an outrageous tour. Don't

attack, hitting some shows with
haunting set that ecstatically crept
through the feverous crowd. Playing

electric guitar effects and Anja's
compelling vocal notes. The crowd
was awe spun. The next day, X-Mal
was treated to a mini-tour of San

by now-resident
Pushead. Lost in tourist spots and
record shops, much fun was had by
all. X-Mal exited to hit Disneyland
the next day, but D-land's entire staff
went on strike just 2 days before, of
all the luck.
