PUERTO RICO
Skateboarding has picked up a lot in the past
year, our only park closed down two years ago,
although it was opened to the public until they
demolished it to build some funky BMX course.
Even though we've never had a perfect pool to
skate on, we've had some of the most insane
ramps. I've been skating ramps ever since I
started skating back in 76. There's a lot of
potential out here with the likes of Roberto "Boly
Cortez, Mario Rivera, and myself, to name a
few, we're all sponsored by Island Watersports
of Puerto Rico. We've done some traveling to
Cherry Hill, Kona, and a few other parks on the
East Coast. We have over eight ramps
throughout the island. Here are some photos of
a couple of them.
