More "Skate and Destroy," please! My
sister read it and headed for my quiver to
select a board. I also enjoyed Steve
Harnish's article in the September issue. I
want to remind everyone to go back and
read it every month.
Big Smiles for the coverage on Tom
Groholski in the December issue (cover
and photograffitti). Took some time, but I
managed to get in touch with him and we
went down and sessioned for a day. We
used to skate his ramp when it was part of
a skatepark out on Staten Island. It's
exponentially wilder now with added flat
and lexan is just about the fastest surface
I've ridden. I'm no prophet but I see a
contest there in the near future. We skated
it 'til hunger and darkness fell, then we hit
the mall for pizza and curb terrorism. Tom
leaves radioactive debris in his wake. I
won't tell you to print more pictures of
him-you will, it's inevitable. Thanx for
helping us connect!
I'm pleased to inform y'all that I just won
an interesting court case involving
skateboarding, setting a real precedent in
the state.

HERE'S A MESSAGE
I just got the December issue-best
ever. Thanks for the "SKATE AND
DESTROY" article. I'm glad to see
someone exposing the stupidity of this
American society. My blood boils when
people in authority look down on me for
skating or try to suppress me with their
rules. Here is a message to all of you
people who set the rules: YOU WILL
NEVER MAKE SKATERS CONFORM.
WE WILL NEVER BREAK UNDER YOUR
RULES! I guess they think that since they
have authority, everyone should kiss their
ass. B.S. All of you who are skaters out
there, whenever you are confronted about
skating, or punk, DO NOT back down..
There, I feel better now. Skate always.
