First of all, I would like to give
props to your mag and all the
peeps running it. But I would like
to say screw all posers. I mean I am
not the best skater in the world,
but how does a person skate and
quit? I've been skating for three
years and I love skateboarding so
much I could never quit, even if I
suck or not. Some people just
don't even understand, they think
they are the best in the world
'cause they're good at some skate
game. This one dude I know.

after one year of skating. I
just laughed at him and
then we went out to
skate and he cried when
the board smacked him
in the shin. Afterwards he
dest city on the map. There's tons
of sick ass skaters here and they
know what's up with Shorty's.

I was reading the August 2000
issue and I came upon a Shorty's
ad. It represents New York, San
Francisco, San Diego, and Los
Angeles. What's up with Detroit?
Don't the people at Shorty's think
that Detroit represents? They need
to revise this ad and put Detroit
on it because Detroit is the mad-

would really like to see an
