I've been skating for
two years now, most of
the time in apartments.
The other day I was at
an apartment complex
and I was minding my
business just smoking a
butt, and a cop stopped
and ran out of the car. I
was thinking, "How does

When he finally got to
me he was gasping for
air. I put out my cig and
stood up. He screamed,

I am an aggressive
rollerblader and have a
little concern about your
10-31 mag. About two months
ago, I was at my local
skate shop when I hap-
pened to see a skate-
boarder picking up a
pair of Soap shoes,
which made me feel
confused. The reason
I was that I saw Soap
shoes as a rollerblader's
shoe because of the way
they grind like the way a
rollerblader does a
frontside or backside.
Another way I felt con-
fused was that about three weeks
after that happened I took a glimpse
at your mag when an article caught
my attention. The article was on Soap
shoes and how much they suck for
skateboarding. That made me pretty
pissed!! You stick flippers should take
a shower and learn that Soap shoes
were meant for us skaters. So stop
using our outerwear and make up
your own type of curb-grinding
shoes, you seven-plyers!
