You're more than welcome to join the ranks of other Photograffiti specialists. It's easy:
just get a sick photo of you or a friend and send it in at once to: Photograffiti, c/o
THRASHER Magazine, PO Box 884570, San Francisco, CA 94188-4570. You too can
be one of the few, the proud, and the internationally famous.
1. Kathleena and Dr. Lisa Quirk were on expedition through the Canadian wilderness when they
discovered what scientists are calling the find of the century. I was given the scientific name
Vancouverside and is believed to have been built by the species dubbed "cement-throwing
skateboardis." 2. James Wilson takes the Australian skate scene by storm with this youthful
air flier. Photo: Pops Wilson. 3. Somewhere in the backwoods of Mississippi there is a Jason
Greene going up and down all day long. Photo: Chris Wessman. 4. Tony Price was so excited
to send one of his photos in to Photograffiti that he forgot to include the name of this Venice
Beach ripper. Oh well, this noseslide still looks just grand. 5. Sam Batterson gets sloppy on
the lip with a rock 'n' roll during a visit to the Suicide pool, located in the Lone Star state of Texas.
Photo: Patrick O'Dell. 6. "You ollie, and I get the photo," said Eric Dziura Of McKinney, Texas.
Local skateboarder Eric Stephens, also from McKinney, responded with an "OK" moments
before blasting a healthy pop over this wooden display. 7. The skate company out of Chile called
"Room 47" did a very good thing when they sponsored Nelson Diaz, 'cause he rips hard. Look
at that kickflip: SICK! 8. NYC butters right here, kid. Peep this night flick of a 50-50 performed
by David Bernan. Photo: Vincent Ng. 9. Come on, man. That's fucking crazy. A noseblunt is
hard enough, but with a long board? Damn! Alex Chalmers. Photo: George Faulkner. 10.
Petaluma is one of the greatest cement parks, and it's great to see someone like Judd Hertzler
ripping it up. A huge Indy over a tight hip. Photo: Aaron Bravo.
