Just south of these
metropolises is the town.
of Fayetteville. This town
has two parks and is defi-
nitely worth a stop if you
are anywhere near the
vicinity. Terry Grimble
runs Duh! Skate Shop and
helps out the scene
tremendously. Chad and
Jed Shooter are just a few
of the names to look out
for to be ripping in the
town of Fayetteville.
From central North
Carolina to the west, in the
towns of Greensboro and
Winston-Salem, they house
some pretty nice parks and
many street spots worth
checking out.
Once on the west side
of North Carolina, the
beauty of the mountains
sets in to those who trav-
el roads like the Blue.
Ridge Parkway. There is a
public park in the county
of Mecklenburg,
better
known as
Charlotte.
Queen City Skateboards'
home is here and so is Ric
"The Nature Boy" Flair.
The UNC campus and
downtown have many dif-
ferent types of obstacles
for just about everyone..
The Charlotte boys, Ray
Goff, Ben Smith, Ben.
Danecki, Kyle, and many
others, skate the town
having a great time..
North Carolina is home
to many skateboarders who
want the world to know
that we are all out to have
fun while skating. If you
get the chance to visit the
state, do so with open arms
and that is the way you will
be treated. Everything that
makes a road trip great is
when what you expected is
only half of what you actu-
ally experienced. So come
check out North Carolina
and experience what we
live. Skateboarding!

You can set your watch to
Marty Markel's 50-50 at
the Palladium in Chapel
Hill. Josh Huehner goes
for a rollercoaster ride at
Swinson Park. Jay Moody
takes a minute to stop
and railslide through the
flowers. We have lift-off
at Kahuna Skatepark-
Marty Markel snags a
melon transfer.
