ne of the best things about
skating is that the terrain is
always changing, and the spots
are there. You just have to look for
'em. It's funny in that way, because
in SF one of the most famous bit the
dust, while all over town word of the
"New New" Spot was on everyone's
tongue. Although it's situated far
from the public scrutiny and the
beaten path, the cops and city
councilpeople still complain about
the "chips and scuffs" that
are ruining this waterfront park in
the middle of nowhere. Well, for
now we'll skate it, and when it's
done the nomads will meander on
to something else, maybe better,
maybe worse; but that's what
makes it great. -Slim Pickens

Marcus McBride is always happy to find a new place to
showcase monster snaps in his hometown. The ghost of
Satva Leung haunts the New New Spot with a hauntingly
disturbing nollie backside lipslide. Airto Jackson heard the
rumors of the virgin territory all the way in New York and
flew in just for a quick frontside noseslide.
