Sequence: Backside sugarcane to revert in a deep,
hard and slippery place.
Bottom Left: The slick steel at the Escondido skatepark
may be a bitch, but not half as much as that Australian
guy who runs the place. Backside tailgrab.

home I like to skate and dirt bike and I got no time for
that shit.
you
Do you like the United States?
Yeah. Now when I come here I feel like it's my second
home. At home I skate by myself a lot and here I go and
crazy guys show up at the sessions and it's fun.
What direction do you see skateboarding going?
I don't know, and I don't really care.
Good answer. What about skate politics or the
skate industry?
I don't like it. I don't even like to know what's going on. I
hate that shit. All I care about is my skateboard, my dirt
bike I hope when I get back my friend didn't destroy it. I
borrowed it to him and I think when I get back it will be a
rusty hunk of metal.
What's your dream session? Where and with who?
Actually, I was waiting for it and I wanted to go so bad and
skate Armageddon again. I talked to Danny and he's like,
"Yeah, yeah, you can come back to skate whenever you
want," so I can't wait to get back then I come and it's torn
down. But my dream session would be at Armageddon with
Danny, Colin, Peter, Tas and Ben. I know they're in a fight
right now, but that's i
s it.
Do you have any nicknames?
No.
What about the Italian Stallion?
Oh yeah, Tom Boyle always calls me that, and Sergie. Oh
yeah, and at the session I would also want Weiss.
What's the most scared you've ever been?
Actually, I get scared when I watch other people
skate. Like when I watch the Anti-Hero video and I see
them go down that hill I get scared. But for me, as soon
as I step on the board I don't even feel it anymore. If I
want to try something, like at night thinking about it in
my bed, I'm scared. I sweat and I can't sleep. But the
next day, maybe I do it really easy, and I don't even
care about it.

How'd you like skating those pools yesterday?

When I saw that bowl I was like, "What the fuck? How can
people do tricks in that bowl?" I saw footage and I thought
it
was
s no big deal but when you get there it's tough. Then
you start to draw a line and it gets fun. I would like to ride
more bowls.
What tricks do you want to do before you're all done?
I would like to do Indy pop shove-it 540'. I tried and I eat
shit. But I'm going to do that trick sometime.
What about 900's?
I don't know. I tried it like four times. Two times I got
hurt, one times I came all around and the last time I try I
so fast that I'm still going up and somehow, I
€ 540°
spin a
don't know why, I stop my rotation and land on my back
in the flatbottom.
Are you happy about all the new skateparks
being built?
Yeah, like the Vans park. It's good for getting people
to see skateboarding and then in five years you will have
some guys come and take everybody out. But by then
I'll be gone, so I don't care. More parks, more people,
skating good, you know?
OK Giorgio, thank the people.
Thank you. Thank you my family and these guys that got
me out on the skateboard. Thanks everybody.
