informed us that it was not just a skate-
boarding cult, but actually "skateboard
sex cult." The "Big Cheese" told us that
the skaters have many sexual encoun-
ters, and therefore all skaters and big
clothes are pure evil. After the meeting I
had many people asking me how to
become a member of the newly revised
cult. What I wanna know is how does the
"Department of Control" have so much

they are covert members themselves. I

This is a letter to all the
people who write in and
bitch about the content
of Thrasher, how it makes
their sweet young kids
violent, drugged-out per-
verts. All I got to say is,
gimme a fucking break!
I'm a 21 year old white
male from a middle-class,
loving family in Kalispell,
Montana who has spent
the last 2 and a half years
in prison with 2 and half
to go on a 10 year sen-
tence. I'm covered in tats
and at present locked
down for smoking dope
in my house (cell), and I
don't go any fucking where. And I don't
give a fuck because this is the life I chose
to live. I've skated for the last 6 or 7
years on and off when I wasn't locked up
somewhere. I'm not here because of
something I read or saw that was offen-
sive to most of you fat, cocksucking do-
gooders. It's because I chose to break
the law and I'll do my time like a fucking
man! There's only a small percentage of
skaters locked up. Most are good kids
who just do their own thing. They don't
run with the sheep to their slaughter! If
half you cry-sacks were in here you'd be
my tier-queer making dad some canteen!
And to "Mindblower" (May 98), next
time you have a problem pulling the trig-
ger, you know where I'm at punk! To all
