up at my pad after
work, so I get the
barbecue fired up for our
two favorite things, Bud Ice
and hot dogs, to prep us for
our trip to Oregon the next
morning. That night, some
crimesters try breaking in to
my neighbor's truck, so I try
running them over with my
car, so they take off running
to their car that doesn't.
I want to start.

Ghouse at 9:00 am, stopping in
San Jose to pick up Crazy Eddie and
Jason Adams and Jai. And, what
do you know, Simon Woodstock and
Mike Crabtree are packed and ready
to go also. Lucky for us. They're in
Simon's car, an all-terrain vehicle,

Karma Tsocheff and, lucky again,
more are ready-Alan Petersen, Scott
Black Arm Bourne, and Ryan
Johnson-to escape reality and law
for Oregon. So now there's a van, a
Honda, and an all-terrain vehicle on
its way, 600 miles the fuck out of
Dodge. First stop: Petaluma
Skatepark. It's pretty new. We like it.
Everyone kills it. We decide to go to
Santa Rosa and end up having more
fun. It's sunny, there's an ice cream
man, and it's the last day of school,
so there are lots of little scumbags
hanging around, kids that are mad at
their parents, you know, rebelling.

their buns and balls, way
cool. Then we learn a lit-

then sleep. Jason Adams
and I aren't hardcore
enough, so we sleep in
the van.
