HAIR OF THE DOG
The skateboard magazine publishing indus-
try can get mighty hairy at times. Besides
the mad moms, deadlines, uncooperative
security officers and assorted bureaucratic
buffoonery, there is always the problem of
keeping everything spic and span in case of
a surprise inspection by the man. Presented
here are two examples of what happens
when things get out of control. Somewhere
within the mag you are now holding in your
hands are two hairs that the powers that be
can't understand. Whether they were put
there by gremlins, Martians, anarchists or
charlatans, we don't know. It's your job
to find and identify them and you will be
entered in a random drawing to win an
embroidered Thrasher ballcap. Start sniffin'.
Send to Dog Hair, c/o Thrasher, PO Box
884570, SF, CA 94188-4570.
WINNER'S CIRCLE Steve Westhoff of
Fredericskburg, VA, correctly counted
89 Thrasher logos in the January issue.
