STORY AND PHOTOS BARON SEWAY
FLYING BACK FROM ALASKA after getting
skunked due to bad weather, I still had plenty
of film left. Sot asked Mike Hatchett to give
Mack Dog a quick phone call from the airport
to see what was happening back at home in
Tahoe Rumor was that Dogger and Hiene had
something up their sleeves As we approached
the Summit, there it was the biggest quarter-
pipe I'd ever seen, with the likes of Peter Line
Duane Downing, Aaron Vincent, Terje Haak-
ansen, Bryan Iguchi and Jim Rippey all going to
town on it. After watching Jamie Lynn float the
fattest ollie I'd ever seen, I thought to myself,

camera, if there was ever a Super Bowl beld for
snowboarding, it might go something like this

afternoon, in all my years of shooting, don't
think I'd ever seen such a fat air show display.
Luckily none of our crew was ignored as the
limits were being pushed by all. This was defi-
nitely one of the sickest photo sessions to go
down all winter, with the film crews stunned
and camera junkies getting their fit was S
quick side back to the car and a faster drive to
the photo shop to get the goods back, Well
enough words. As they sily, every picture tells
story, don't it?
