Friday the 28th
We wake up hungry and go to Denny's, cour
tesy of Bryce and Lance D. We got connections.
So we show up at the ramp site noonish, take al
look around, and Barbee, Salman, Chet, Ger-
shon, Cab, everyone's there. Another good day
for skateboarding. So I decide to take some time
out and get to know Karma a little better, and it
turns out, I'm his dad. So the little but huge
contest starts, and it rules. Gershon's ripping.
kickflips at eye level for 3rd; Chet Thomas is very
good at skateboarding, 2nd, Andy Roy, where do
I start? My words can't even explain his way of
skating. Not only winning but humbling a cop
with a jug o' water to his lower back from like
60 feet way. After all that, we decide to crash
some parties, so we show up over at this skinny
guy's house, and decide to stay and help our-
selves to his food. We wear out our welcome and
go back to the room and sleep.
Saturday the 29th
We head home and have gentle reflection with
Karma riding shotgun and me, always hungry.
Together we decide that we can't ever miss
another Thrash-A-Thon.
