wouldn't want to be selling television sets or cars or something lame
like that, I don't really care too much about that. As long as you're
doing something you care about.
I know that you're hurt right now. What's the first thing that
you're going to do when you can start skating again?
I'm actually looking forward to riding my langboard. It's like this old
Sims board from the 70s and its got these huge orange wheels on it
and I'm just looking forward to getting on that and cruising.

more people will
realize that they
don't have to do
the freshest ollie.
What direction do you see yourself going when you start skating
again, what kind of skateboarding do you want to be doing?
Whatever happens happens, just skating, whatever I feel like doing,
that's what I'm going to do.
Are there any places you want to travel to in the near future?
Yeah, I'd like to go everywhere. I want to get a plane ticket to
Burnside. I found out you can get a ticket there for seventy bucks
Just cruising up there and skating. Bumside's rad.

comments on Dan Drehobl, Mat?
Mat O'Brien: Dan Drehobl is a complicated individual. He's
half a dick and half a cool guy, it's just really weird.
What's it like living with Dan?
Mat O'Brien: An endless laugh because he's the biggest
dickhead in San Francisco.
What would he do to make himself a dickhead?
Mat O'Brien: I don't know, it just comes natural.
What are your comments on his skateboarding?
He's rad because he's got no boundaries.
He just pushes the limits?
He's a real skateboarder. Because he tries, he doesn't
look like everyone else, doesn't skate like everyone else.
He's real refreshing to watch.
What about you Dan, anything else you'd like to say?
I'd like to thank everyone that's helped me out along the
way, that has just been cool to me or whatever, and I'd to
thank anyone whose skating has influenced me. I'd like to
thank my parents and my family. And my roommates, they
wake me up every morning, and I'd just like to say do
whatever you want to do and just live, man.
