"If you ever visit the city of brotherly love, you just might see
this extremely skillful shiny-headed kid delivering pizzas on a
skateboard."
-Bill Hoffmann
*Sergei has a clean, distinct style. He's had it since I first met
him, like five or six years ago. But most importantly, Serge has
remained my friend and stuck by my side under unusual circum-
stances. Thanks for understanding everything. Serge. Jerry
"Sergei is a style king. He looks like Vanilla Ice. Skating-wise,
he is very clean and skates smooth.
-Ryan G
"He is a talented skateboarder who looks like Dolph
Lundgren. If I was his daughter, I'd be proud to
have him as my father."
-Matt Reason
"Ain't nobody got a style like him."
-Lil' Stevie
"One of my most positive influ
ences as a skateboarder,
co-worker and most
importantly, a friend."

How long have you been skat
ing and where are you from?
About seven years and I'm
from Poughkeepsie, NY.
How'd you start skating?
I lived in the Bronx at first and
when we moved to Poughkeep-
sie, the only people that talked
to me were skaters, so I just
started skating, and it was fun. I
guess I started when bonelesses
were just out and ollies had just
started to come in. This one kid,
George, and I used to do bone-
lesses in my driveway for hours.
What do you think of SF?
It's fast. Hills rule. You have
cement everywhere you go,
everything's close, all the skate
spots are rad, I got my friends
out here now too, from New
York, they're kickin' it.
What do you like to ride?
Everything. I try to charge
whenever I can. I skated vert
yesterday. It was scary but fun
Who do you respect?
Anyone who's out there with
a smile on their face, having fun,
just learning and progressing.
