and a lot of the big names in the
Snowboard tour will also come up
here. We usually have a race, half-
pipe competition and a Boarder
Derby (a Boarder Derby is like a
moto-cross, six people start and
the first two over the finish line
qualify for the finals).
Some information for all you who are new to
the sport or don't understand mountain eti-
quette, key points to remember when you're
here: Respect the mountain. Don't bonk live
trees, and obey signage. Respect other cus-
tomers, don't get to close to other snowboard-
ers/skiers, don't cut people off and always have
a spotter for jumps. The only other thing to
remember is everyone is up here to have fun.
