Skating how many years?
Five or six years, maybe.
Who'd you start skating with?
Jamie Thomas, I skated with
him a long ass time ago.
And then you came out here?
Yep, me, Hurley and Jamie.
And you guys lived at EMB?
Well, just kind of slept there.
sometimes, just for a while.
Why did you guys choose SF?
Because every other place
sucked. We started in San Diego
and that place sucked, and we
came here and we dug it.
What's your favorite spot in
the City to skate?
Union Square and just around
the streets, that's the good stuff.
And you're into music?
Yeah, I play guitar.
What kind of music?
Rock and roll, hillbilly music,
anything.
What are your future plans?
Just ride and be free, man.

What do you like to ride?
Stairs, hips and curbs.

Maybe go pro, maybe
just skate for a while, just

Why do you skate?
It's gets my mind off
things and it's lots of fun.
What's good, bad, or
ugly about your area?
The weather can be the
ugliest. Also it seems like
skaters in general have
bad attitudes. I wish when
I skated new places, kids
would cheer each other
on and make skating fun
instead of sitting on their
butts talking trash about
the latest trick so and so is
doing or didn't do.
What was your biggest
influence in skating?
When I took a trip to SF
to stay with my friend
Matt Field. I was
skating at Embar-
cadero and I saw
Jeremy Wray skating
for the first time. He
I was doing tricks that
made me just sit and
watch in amazement.
If you could skate
anywhere, and with
anybody, where
would it be?

What's up outside
of skating?
I like to draw and
paint. Mountain bik-
ing is okay. I also go
to school.

When I was sixteen I
had to get a knee opera-
tion. I also broke my finger
once. I don't believe in
fear. If I did it would only
hold me back

I'm a nice kid. I'll skate
