            WHAT
WRONG
SKATEBOARDING?
Attitudes, tantrums, bails and vibes are but a few of the things clogging the cesspool of
skating today. In order to start the year off
amongst some of the movers and shakers
with a clean slate Thrasher took a straw poll
to see if we could fix it before it's too late.
Whether it be sitting
down (above) or
laughing at some
kook, negative ener-
gy just takes away
from the art of skate-
boarding. In the early
days, crowds (right)
cheered their favorite
pros on to victory and
genuinely felt their
loss or win. It showed
(opposite right) in the
signs of the time.
