course. Cab wins pro while Sacto's own Rick Windsor

Mullen (Powell-Perata). Rodney shows us the
future with "impossibles" and one-footed olles.
Media darlings of the summer include Roskopp
Hosoi and Cab By summer's end, we meet Mike
Vallely, a skater from New Jersey who gets the cover
doing the "streetplant." The rest is history. Contests
are dominated by streetplant circles in which all
varieties are showcased (one-footed, between the
legs-you name it, they do it. Much to the delight of
the manufacturers, the chips fly and the wheels stop
rolling VA Beach goes down with Philips beating
Hawk in the land of the 700 Club... In music news
Skate Rock 3 hits the streets and most will tell you it
is the best yet Comosion of Conformity, Septic Death
and Gang Green rock the world... The Skate Rock
show comes to pass at the Farm, leaving no ear
unscarred. The Drunk Injuns and the Accused have
reached the pinnacle of skaterockdom... Metallica
takes center stage with a revealing interview in which
they say they skate. The band is sidetracked before
they achieve stadium status, however, when bassist
Cim Burton is killed in a bus crash in Europe... "I
the Crowd clued us in to the soon-to-be zillionaires
Beastie Boys. The Phillips versus Hawk rivalry
peaks when Hawk bails a 540 at the NSA finals in
Anaheim. The door is left open for the tall Texan to
win again. Things to think about: Where are Cross-
bones? What about painting your deck top with funny
slogans and designs? Ho ho plants and 360 judos.

Industries, Spitfire, Real, Grind King, Life, Planet
Earth, Small Room, Think, BBC, U-Bolt and New
Deal All of this happened, and the way skating
goes in circles, & could happen again
