BOARDSLIDE-TO-FEEBLE GRIND by Justin Girard
24
Λ
1. To learn thisarick, you must first learn regular
backside boardslides.
2. Approach the obstacle with your foot evenly
placed and your weight centered directly over your
board. Hang your toes slightly off the back of your
board over your frontside rail, giving you extra
leverage to lift it to feeble.
3 Stabilize your boardslide and lift your truck into
feeble. Apply pressure with your back foot or your
wheels may hit.
4. Keep applying pressure with your back foot or
your truck may slip off (although going back to
boardslide is a suitable alternative to just grinding
off the end).
5. Right before your front truck becomes parallel
with the obstacle, apply pressure to the tail so your
front truck will lift above the obstacle and prevent
you from nose diving or hanging up.
6. As you land the trick, keep your weight forward
a slight bit so you don't fall back, especially if you
are landing on a transition as in the sequence.
After you have landed, keep rolling and attack the
next obstacle in your path.
