2. Think to yourself that you will be successfuly
skating backwards very shortly.
3. Pop that ollie and land in a boardslide with your
weight centered.
As you are sliding, begin to turn your shoulders
the other way. This should automatically apply
pressure to the back foot and insure that the 180°
Is happening.
5. As you are about to land, your weight should
be mostly on the nose so that the tail will not drop
first.
6. Keep your knees bent and pull the nose slight-
ly toward you to complete the 180°
7. Shake a leg and do it again.
