Welcome to the new decade water bearer,
and what a decade it will be. This month,
try to avoid tight transitions until after the
13th when Neptune finishes its cycle. You'll
probably feel Pluto's pull to loosen those
trucks but keep them tight if you plan to
downhill before the full moon. Financial mat-
ters may improve later in the month, but

because the cusp bears bad tidings of
