I got close to the stage and these two guys Eerie Von and Glenn Danzig of Danzig, well, I told
them this joke and they couldn't stop laughing. This band impressed me a lot. They may be
the hot band of 1989, but they told me not to tell any more jokes while they were performing.

This band at the top is Gwar from Virginia, but you'd never
guess it. I heard they had a fake riot in their home town
and the police freaked. Live, It was a spectacular show,
as they staged events and donned wicked costumes. No
one walked out. Every minute was an eyesore. You gotta
see this show. At the bottom, that's Ignition from
Washington D.C., featuring Alec Mackaye on vocals and
Chris Bald on guitar, both from that D.C.H.C. band the
Faith. Intense stuff for sure.
