In Bourges, France, the skateboarders
assault a local ramp There is much confusion
due to the language barrier. At night Christ
is in discoteque-hopping mode. He drags
Ngoho, Duncan and Gator with him.
Meanwhile, Julio and Stoele vanish on skate-
boards into the French night. They return,
clothing torn and slightly bloodied. Cause
appears to be a skateboard mishap-or hand-
to-hand combat.
• Upon arrival in Madrid, M.D. notes that
Ngoho doesn't seem to be on the train. From
his stake-out position, M.D. sees also that
Ngoho surprisingly appears at the hotel that
same night. Suspicion is directed toward
Ngoho
Shortly after arrival in Barcelona, the group
decides to move on, staying little more than
an hour. Diversion for a rendezvous is as-
sumed here.
⚫Julio is visibly suspicious when Ngoho is,
again, a no-show as the group enters the
Mediterranean city of Nice, France. The next
morning, by sheer coincidence, Ngoho is
spotted skating through an intersection while
the group is switching hotels.
• More than a week has passed. I re-establish
audio contact via telephone with Lance, one
of my closer friends in the group. I am asked
to give topographical assistance in pinpointing
specific Italian skate locales. I direct them
to Milan. Curiously, the expedition is post-
poned until the day after the group is
scheduled to arrive. They have been delayed
due to casualties sustained during an assault
on fiberglass terrain.
Finally, the group arrives in Milan. Immed-
lately Roskopp, Caballero, Lance and Steele
depart for Monza, with Julio in tow. Approx-
imately half the group cites the need to
execute tactical maneuvers on new soil, while
the rest retire to a nearby hotel and recover
from battle fatigue. I pursue the active group
in another vehicle and participate in a full
aerial attack, high above enemy plywood
lines. Witnesses to the barrage literally
scream in disbelief, this being their first
encounter with professional American
skateboarders.
The plywood has been defeated. Skate
terrorists are victorious by virtue of putting
two large holes in enemy lines. Witnesses
and suspects head back to Milan and
assume full party mode, executing a large-
scale assault on a local pizza place.
⚫I have pulled back and will now continue
my surveillance from a distance. Will contact
headquarters if anything of importance
surfaces.

This additional report concerning
OPERATION BROKEN WING and the
activites of AGENT VGV-13,
CODENAME: JULIO, parallels
much of Julio's report. Hoth deter-
mines that there is definitely
something strange going on over
there. Unfortunately, he can't put
his finger on the meaning of the
coincidental activities, such as the
two times Ngoho disappeared, or,
as it has been described, missed
his connecting trains and conven-
iently reappeared. Also, the
repeated uttering of the predeter
mined rendezvous password
without the proper response to the
response password had him
puzzled. He has a gut feeling this
could be something really big..
Then again, his ulcer might just
be acting up.
There is a knock at the door.
"Yes, come in," he says.
A courier struts into the office
with rigid precision, another dossier
in his sweaty courier hands. "This
just in from Amsterdam," he says.
Hoth begins working at the seal
as the courier exits. He knows it's
the rest of the report from Julio
After extracting the contents, he
begins examining the numerous
photographs and color transpar
encies. Eventually he comes upon
the written report
