BLOOD AND GORE DIP
This stuff looks really ugly-like road kill
but it's fast, easy and tastes great with
Mexican beer.
You need:
Philadelphia cream cheese (the white
stuff)
Your favorite store-bought picante
sauce (pick on the "made in Texas"
boys)
a big bag of your favorite, plain, taco-
style chips.
Get a mixing bowl, clean if possible, un-
dress the cheese from its foilish wrapper and
drop the block into the bowl. Now, dump the
picante sauce into the bowl on top of the
cheese. Use one of those fork-things and
live oak
nux vomica
nutmeg
brontosaur
tragopan
mash it all up real good. Grab the bowl, the
bag of chips, grab a big 'un, and dip into the
ugly mess in the bowl. Don't look at it, just
eat it. It is good stuff. (Recipe submitted by
Pam "The Heavy Metal Chic" Blocker from
Bedford, TX.)
SPUDS MacSKATER
1 baked potato (big)
.1 hot dog
2 slices of cheese
• 2 spoons of hot sauce
½ cup Bud Light
Take potato and cut a hot dog-size hole
through the middle. Wrap the cheese around
the hot dog and shove it into the potato. Put
slits all over the potato and soak in the beer.
Wrap it tightly in foil, shove into the oven (pre-
heated to 390°) for twenty minutes. Chomp
when finished. (Recipe submitted by Corry
Easton, S. Lake Tahoe, CA)
OLLIE EGGS
• 4 eggs
• ½ cup milk
½ cup melted Cheez Whiz
• 3 spoonfuls hickory sauce (hot)
• 3 spoonfuls picante sauce
Mix all of the above in a bowl 'til it's mixed
good. Put it in a frying pan on the stove over
a medium flame. Mix until tender. Makes one
skater serving. (Recipe submitted by Mark
McGage.)
