1. Approach the lip with a good amount of
speed, as you would for a gnarly backside
rock 'n roll board slide.
2. Slap the nose of your board up and
over the lip. Center your weight over the
top of your board in a crouching position
with knees fully bent.

3. As you begin to slide place your trailing
hand on the coping behind you and push
your weight in front of yourself.
4. Try to extend your body as much as
possible in the full layback position.
5. As you re-enter the transition, put your
weight on your hand. Slide the back
wheels slightly, keeping your hand on the
wall.
6. Cruise down the transition feeling
stoked.
