VARIAL INVERT
1. Approach the wall the same as you
would for a standard invert, except grab
the board on the outside rail between your
legs. (Stelmasky plant). I prefer to start this
trick with the board backwards to [can land
with it forwards.
2. As you plant your hand, take the board
off your feet and turn it 180° in the same
direction as your body. Do this in one flow-
ing motion.
3. Place the board back onto your feet and
prepare for re-entry.
4. Land on the transition and prepare for
your next trick.
Remember, the more you extend the arm
you plant, the more time you'll have for the
trick
