THE ROCK-N-ROLL
1. Approach the transition with a moderate
amount of speed.
2. Bring your front wheels up and over the
coping and push your front foot down so
your front wheels hit the rollout deck.
3. After your front wheels come in contact
with the deck, use your hips and back leg,
as leverage to turn the nose of your board
around.
4. In the same motion, turn your upper
body around and prepare to drop down the
transition.
5. As your front wheels pass over the lip,
tuck your body (to avoid hanging up) and
compress for the re-entry.
6. Proceed down the wall and prepare for
your next trick.
"Remember that your board works in a
see/saw type of motion, the closer you
rock your board to the back truck, the
easier this trick will be for you, by keeping
the rear wheels closer to the skating
