Sequence by Dave Omer-
SWEEPER-GRIND
1. Approach the wall at a slight angle. (As
if you were doing a frontside grind.)
2. As you reach the tile (or top of the lip)
start to unweight your back foot and plant it
on the coping, simultaneously, grab the
nose securely.
3-4. As your tail comes in contact with the
coping, let it slide across, watching your
tail at all times.
5. As your momentum slows down, start to
compress; and put your foot back on the
tail.
6. Stay compressed until your back foot is
securely on the tail and descend down the
wall.
"This trick can be executed on top of the
lip as opposed to staying in the bowl. Of
course, wear safety equipment at all times.
Til next month, later.
