Rodney on a recent visit to Japan
I served four years of my prime skating time
in the United States Navy. There were pros and
cons about it, just like anything in life, but it
forced me to grow considerably and appreciate
the world around me
I spent these four years attached to the U.S.S
Midway The Midway is an aircraft carrier,
which means fighter jets can take off and land
on its deck. It's homeport: Yokosuka, Japan.
The Midway sails to Sasubo, Japan; Korea; the

We had some good times there, and it was
cool until a time came when we were able to
make a small halfpipe at James Marshall's
house, At this point, most of the skaten were
opting for a much quieter and such moro sane
trip, to a 1/2 pipe, located on the Navy base in
Yokustika. One day, James Marshall decided
